Lumia 535 Mail App on Windows Phone 8.1 - Microsoft Community


can't open number of apps on lumia 535. these include mail, whatsapp, messenger, calendar, , weather. when click open them i'm returned welcome screen. other apps , tiles on welcome screen, such linkedin , alarm, continue work. ideas?

check store if there pending updates these apps , have them updated. can reboot or soft reset phone can rectify issue if apps won't open. hold volume down , power button simultaneously until phone vibrates , turns off. turn on phone , try relaunching app.
