i've updated windows 8 windows 10 , video regardless of app (instagram, facebook or video playing app). videos very slow , glitchy sort of green lines. plese help.

probably, apps on phone not updated. or phone's software malfunctioning. resolve this, please answer following questions:

  • which os build version running on phone? check, go settings> system> about> more info.
  • are getting error message or code?
  • have checked if there's available update apps on store app? check, go store app> tap menu @ upper left corner> downloads , updates> check updates.
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
