Microsoft Lumia 950 Dual Sim- Screen not working - Microsoft Community

i have microsoft lumia 950 dual sim, screen become off mobile ringing and  receiving calls, without seeing anything, this happened after fail table on carpet.

i bought canada store, (april or may 2016).

now outside canada.

my question : procedure send it for maintenance libya canada.

i send via aramex shipping company.

check first if there blocking proximity sensor such screen protector or tempered glass. proximity sensor located beside camera lenses or ear piece. may perform a soft reset refresh phones software. if nothing happens, suggest reaching out microsoft contact support or microsoft's authorized customer service provider b2x further assistance.
