i failed pair android phone windows 10. windows seem send code android, android not either show or receive random generated code needed pair both. windows helpdesk failed find solution. ideas?

  • which build , version of windows 10 running on computer?
  • were there changes made computer prior issue?
  • are using built-in bluetooth or dongle bluetooth device?
