photos showing stripes / lines or blocking portions of photo - Microsoft Community


have photo settings set save photos sd card. changed sd card , after did started seeing stripes , lines in photos, or photo has grey block covering it. changed sd cards again thinking damaged , different photos showing issue. gives???

should first try soft reset , see if resolves issue turn phone on press , hold volume down , power buttons until vibrates release them , restart dont touch screen until restarts not lose data process let know if resolves issue or if need more rgds roy
