Some Windows 10 mobile apps wont start (open) - Microsoft Community

hi, please need assistance. month noticed ' whatsapp ' won't open on phone. prior problem, no recent update downloaded, @ time problem started, using 10.0.150xxx series insider preview. did following solve problem:

uninstall , reinstall app--- didn't work

(soon found out other apps not working well)

so did soft reset multiple times --- didn't work

upgraded latest build available @ time --- no fix

called microsoft line-- no fix

performed hard reset couple of times.

currently, phone runs 10.0.15063.2 downloaded 5days ago , still no fix.

i have met few friends use wp , none has experienced such problem kinda feel singled out.

please need responses helpful cuz problem causing serious friction.

below list of apps have problem with:

whatsapp 

real football manager

dictionary

uc browser

these few can remember now. let me add here apps behave in same way. stuck @ ' loading...' screen .

suggestion. forgot return thread problem has been solved. week go, whatsapp started work again, 1 one downloaded other  apps uninstalled following same complain , apps work fine. didn't download new os update best guess microsoft fixed bug. lately data usage on phone went crazy seems rather stabilized now. so, problem solved!
