Syncing contacts from Live account to Lumia 1320 - Microsoft Community

i'm having same problem, have nokia lumia windows phone �� 1320

hi carla,

since sync automatic on phone, either 'just work' or 'don't work @ all'. there no settings/files/things can check unlike windows desktop os.

here few things worth trying:

  • we need know if issue account or device. narrow down our troubleshooting.
  • if have access a. windows phone b. windows desktop 8 powered device, login device using live id , create contact on device.
  • if contact syncs people.live.com, issue phone.
  • if contacts not sync, issue account.

now,

  • if issue phone, phone reset going settings - - reset.
  • if issue phone, phone reset going settings - - reset.
