System & reserved memory taking too much space - Microsoft Community


hi, 

i'm using nokia lumia 730 windows 10 phone, device memory automatically getting full though i've moved apps external card. system & reserved memory taking 4.67gb. how can clean space?

probably, 1 of apps on phone using lot of space on phone storage. can move sd card free space. if want have more space phone storage, back up phone , perform hard reset. able hard reset phone, go settings> system> about> reset phone.
