US International Keyboard Layout issue - Microsoft Community

after installing insider update on computer, have issue : can't type accent on international kb layout. when hit ' key, it's type '', , "" if hit shift it. can't type accent doing ' + e. it's pretty hard work in french without accents. can right alt + e type é, can't others accentuates characters. have seen in windows app (parameters example), can accent, not on non-windows app.

in order submit new feedback, kindly follow these steps:

1. on windows 10 device, search feedback hub in cortana search, launch app.
2. navigate feedback in left menu, press + add new feedback.
3. select problem, , share details think relevant, , choose appropriate category , subcategory.
4. once you've completed form , monitoring, click submit.
5. click continue using feedback hub.
6. click my feedback @ top, find item submitted (it may take while appear).
7. open item submitted, click share.

important: if possible, reproduce problem(s) after clicking begin monitoring (or start capture) near end of form; stop monitoring when you're done.
