Wifi problem on my new Alcatel Idol 4S windows mobile - Microsoft Community


i purchased alcatel idol 4s windows mobile us. problem is, its not connecting wifi @ home, whereas other mobiles able connect wifi automatically. whenever i use new alcatel mobile connect wifi, displays connecting and goes available , in process, other mobiles connected wifi network looses wifi connectivity.

any idea how fix issue.
