Windows Phone 8.1 error 85010014 - Microsoft Community


nokia lumia 1020 running windows phone 8.1 not sync microsoft account.  error # 85010014 appears.  have tried things suggested online, including resetting phone, without success.  i have not been able photos , messages, , though have been holding out surface phone, may need rethink upgrade plan if continues.
