hi windows phone (microsoft lumia 530) linked family account don't know account name or , can't download my phone because have accept terms , conditions, kind of stuck. please help.

when go web page family, don’t see parent(s) there? see parent(s) there, real-name , user-name of accounts. empty there? if yes, please, post screenshot of error message facing in phone.
