apps in beta - Microsoft Community


since phone updated windows 10, didn't want, apps, such bbc in beta, rubbish. or abandon win10, fedup☹

hi ali,

we suggest phone , perform hard reset. hard reset phone, go settings > system > about > reset phone.

to of files before performing hard reset. 

go settings > backup > apps + settings > back now.

let know how goes.
