since upgrading windows 10, v16193. have been unable load bigfish games.

in apps , features, games listed 'unavailable', , no matter action take, re-downloading, re-installing same result occurs.

i have other programme's working well, better.

thank response. based on answers, appears there game updates or patches needed game compatible current windows 10 version on computer.

in meantime, suggest perform clean boot to start windows using minimal set of drivers , startup programs. helps eliminate software conflicts occur when install program or update or when run program in windows 10.
