hi please tell me , can insider us  upcoming windows 10 fall creators update?  .. 

yes.  before general public.  insider can follow progress until public release selecting either slow ring or fast ring.  on fast ring see progress weekly , can give feedback improve it.  on slow ring see progress builds once each month , can give feedback.  invited make windows better in way.

but, not run insider preview builds on primary or production computer.  purpose of insider program find bugs microsoft can fix them.  follows insider preview builds buggy.  buggy means buggy , risk losing data when use them.  there no guarantee against crashes , need reinstall windows these builds use spare computer, separate partition on computer, or virtual machines test these builds.
