Error 0x80242022 when store tries to install feedback hub - Microsoft Community


when store tries install feedback hub, fails error code 0x80242022.

since can't use feedback hub leave feedback (as doesn't run), has else come across , resolved it?

hello mike,

the feedback hub app built-in windows 10 mobile operating system. if you're phone running on windows 10 mobile insider version of said operating system, have said app default.

since have concerns mentioned app failing launch, try soft resetting phone pressing volume down + power keys until vibrates. use app again after phone restarts.

if issue persists, perform hard reset. not forget back stuff before hard resetting because lose data stored in device.

let know how goes.
