Getting access to windows store from a second hand lumia - Microsoft Community


recently bought second hand lumia. reset factory settings.

every time try access microsoft - store etc , still looking previous owners details. after factory reset why can not add own microsoft details?

because must have had reset protection enabled , previous owner did not remove it. contact previous owner , see if have recovery key.
