Lumia 640 driver seems missing...can't download update - Microsoft Community


can't update lumia 640 driver...computer does'nt recognize phone when plugged in usb

first, phone has download updates using phone wifi, not connecting pc.

you can transfer files between phone , pc using usb connection, that's all.

you have use usb data/charging cable connect phone pc.

what operating system on pc , indication when phone connected. device manager say?
