why?

that best part of windows phone!  office lens in win phone 8.1 uploaded pdf of office lens file onedrive.

now functionality gone! why?  great!  why microsoft have ruin products instead of making them better?

is there missing? functionality still exist?

have checked if there available updates windows store? have tried soft resetting phone refresh phone , app, on instances fail launch.
