why keep getting reconnect drive message , how disconnecting it.

looks having issues internet explorer application.

we need more information issue encountering, kindly answer following questions:

  • what activity doing when encountering issue? if applicable, kindly provide screenshot of error message.
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far fix issue?
  • were there changes prior experiencing issue?
