Sounds on Acer Liquid M330 - Microsoft Community


bought recertified phone carrier t-mobile putting in new sim card.  i can make , receive calls person on other end of line can't hear me although can hear them.  played around settings , discovered can't sounds.  ringtone previews don't work , when call phone doesn't ring volume way.  hate have return phone.  any ideas???

even refurbished phone must work out of box.
suggest take bought it, replacement or refund.
