Telephone customer service - Microsoft Community


i called discuss telephone customer support person @ microsoft regarding replacing usb tip microsoft 2000 wireless keyboard. told usb linked directly keyboard , @ time cannot purchase replacement  unit. told keyboard not brought useful condition. 

i asked if blue toothed or hardwired. said no. asked speak supervisor previous post in forum suggested , told old post. said goodbye , hung on me!

why buy microsoft product if way customers treated?

they telling truth, didn't want listen.

you need replace broken, out of support, keyboard.
