'Buffering' You tube and embedded videos Lumia 640 W 10 - Microsoft Community


hi,

     can help. whilst trying watch tube or embedded videoes on lumia 640 (windows 10) getting 'buffering' problems , freeze few seconds. not had problem playing videos before. annoying. when have strong wireless signal happens. can play videos on pc ok. not know problem lies or how remedy it.

has experienced similar problems , have advise how resolve ? not tech savvy.

can tell if there update might have affected how play videos on youtube? suggest perform soft reset holding power button , volume down button simultaneously 10-15 seconds until phone vibrates , release.
