Cannot get the build in Windows Insider - Microsoft Community


hi,

i used windows insider upgrade windows phone 8.1 10. using lumia 640

application installed tells me there no builds couple of reasons , looks not registered windows insider participant:

you have registered window insider program

your phone meets system requirement

then need alternate logon. login message prompted.

model: lumia 640 lte

windows phone 8.1 update 2

os version: 8.10.15148160

to address concern, need more information:

  • when click you have registered windows insider program, happens?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
  • did try re-join insider program microsoft account?
