Cannot install IE11 - Microsoft Community

i have windows 10. used microsoft edge uninstalled ie11. when try open link in outlook message outlook stating "your organisations policies preventing completing action you. more info please contact desk"

if try install ie11 microsoft website , message not require have edge. other links included in windows 10. 1 repair option says open ie11 , reset can't that.

any appreciated.

would using "reset computer" in recovery reinstall ie?
