phone last 2 weeks keeps resetting , losing data , keeps turning off im disabled , rely on in warranty , garantee show wont replace cant prove doing it, microsoft keep saying should replace shop wont unless have reference no microsoft wont give me 1 plz

we want know more concern. please provide following information:

• do see maintenance icons when phone resets itself? spinning gear or other icon?
• did error messages?
• what current os build installed on phone? check, go settings > system > about > more info > os build.

in mean time, recommend backup files in onedrive avoid data loss. can visit article, backup stuff more information.
