Lumia 950 camera cannot focus - Microsoft Community


my lumia 950 couple of months out of warranty , camera cannot focus. keeps trying though , preview image on screen goes blurry sharp in circles. 

called microsoft australia support on phone navigation system said don't provide phone support mobile devices , before disconnecting me, provided web address help. web address took me third-party website asked me right away credit card details , 9.99 euro start chatting them. done microsoft.

instead of paying fee, lodged complaint accc (australian competition , consumer commission) , nsw fair trading. lumia 950 not worth money. after-sale support virtually non-existent. done microsoft.
