My turtle beach gaming headphones no longer work with my windows phone - Microsoft Community


i've tried multiple earbuds , work fine. when try connect headphones sound comes out of speakers. headphones work fine on other devices. if fiddle around can briefly connect though. issue headphones or phone? because in past had issue headset microphone work on devices wouldn't work on xbox.

this compatibility issue headphones you're trying use windows phone. since you've tried using headphone on other devices, have tried using compatible headset on windows phone? if other compatible headphone working, previous headphone isn't compatible windows phone.
