Not receiving emails on Lumia 640 Windows 10 - Office 365 Organization - Microsoft Community

i formatted , upgraded work phone windows 10 , can't seem set work email.

i have enrolled onto mdm , company portal have 1 single email in outlook says "action required access organization's email on mobile device"

i have enrolled onto company portal , mdm (settings > accounts > work access , enrol)

i never used have problem windows 8.
