Outlook email on my new Lumia 550 - Microsoft Community

i picked lumia 550 , fine other outlook. signed new device microsoft account details , set outlook account name "ntlworld.com" , server "imap.ntlworld.com". ssl checked. when go outlook app see "nothing has arrived yet", , when hit sync error message "we can't connect imap.ntlworld.com at moment. make sure have connection, try again. error code 0x80072efd".    

setup information came phone. should setup phone microsoft account , add ntlworld account. have proper setup options  imap  account.

if not have outlook.com, hotmail, office 365, onedrive, skype, xbox or windows live account should create free account.  seamless operation windows 10 pc. contacts, email calendar , onedrive part of account

since haven't started phone yet easier reset phone , start over. when phone restarts set new ms account established.
