Phone always hot - Microsoft Community


the battery �� gets unbearably hot , front camera burns ears.

the phone automatically restarts , screen enlarges , freezes.

to resolved, suggest back up phone , perform hard reset. reset phone settings default. hard reset phone, go settings> system> about> reset phone.

if issue remains unresolved after performing hard reset, recommend resetting phone software using recovery tool. reset phone software original windows version.
