Phone dying but will not charge. - Microsoft Community


whenever phone dies, not charge battery. plug in overnight, still dead morning. weird thing is, vibrates if identifies being charged. i know chargers aren't problem because tried out 3 or 4 different ones family members have 1 mine. gets annoying me because have super super cautious of not letting die. this had happened 3 times. father plugs computer , goes on microsoft discovery or , turns on. not.

download device recovery tool on pc , try resetting phone using it. also, if display doesn't light phone vibrates, may there hardware problem on phone. take service centre.
