hi having problem windows 10 not play videos sound ok screen keeps blanking on , off. other web browsers {avast }it runs ok , youtube runs ok on other laptop running on windows 8.1 ==============any body have please.

we suggest follow methods below , check if helps fix issue:
 
method 1: clear cache, cookies, , temporary internet files on web browser. make sure issue not due browser's settings. refer delete browsing history section in following article on how perform action: view , delete browsing history in internet explorer.

method 2: use different web browser , try watch videos on youtube again. suggest use latest version of internet explorer or microsoft edge. can try using latest version of safari, chrome, , firefox.

method 3: check if flash player enabled on computer. check following link steps on how enable flash player: flash player help.
