Transferring photos from my cell phone to computer - Microsoft Community

i have old cell samsung cell phone sgh c414 , took pictures fun begins in want transfer them computer. bought usb cable phone came 1 recharge , headphones. plugged 1 end phone , other end computer. phone beeps twice , windows comes telling me device when go try , files on in file explorer there none found. set mass storage on phone but still not getting anything. may not support email pay phone cards every often. there file on windows 10 called phone companion phone not galaxy one. there sim card came of cardboard , battery , it. there no memory card came think stores them in internal memory. there can me step step on it? can far mass storage on phone go there????
