Unable to sync. on windows 8.1 Phone. ``We can´t connect - Microsoft Community


i not log in and sync microsoft account on windows 8.1 phone, after factory resetting it. have tried strong wifi , mobile data log in , same. ``we can´t connect right now. waite few moment , try again`` , kept on responding day.

the error message indicated should try sync account again after few moment. have tried re-syncing account?

if you're still experiencing issue, soft reset phone pressing , holding volume down + power keys until vibrates.
