Windows 10 Desktop update is taking over 21 hours - Microsoft Community


i started update, suggested windows insider, yesterday afternoon , after 18 hours, several restarts, update stuck in black screen points running in circle in lower part of screen. due status have no acces computer.

my questios are: happening update? update process working or stuck? how can finish situation without damage system? how long recommended wait? there command can use skip phase , finish or undo update?
