After upgrading Lumia 635 to the last Windows Insider Preview, the - Microsoft Community


after upgrading last version, phone bricked. i've try using windows device recovery tool i'm not able recover phone. program detects 1 possible phone connected , laptop detect qhsusb_bulk device nothing happens.

i select option "the phone not detected" on program, select product code rm-975 in case. downloads emergency packet and, when tries put on phone, drops error phone not detected.

any idea in how proceed?
