Could not able to take screen shot - Microsoft Community


have microsoft lumia 430 , have update phone 3days ago windows 10 after not able take screenshot @ request me

hi dj,

we suggest perform soft reset. press , hold volume down and power button until phone vibrates , restarts. note should not touch device screen during process (not when 'slide down power off' prompt appears). after performing soft reset, try check if issue persists.

make sure press power , volume buttons @ same time take picture of screen.
