HELP ME!!!!! - Microsoft Community

hello everyone!

even after frantically searching microsoft answers forum 2 damn days,i still haven't been able find solution problem...

the thing is....i use nokia lumia 800 running windows phone 7.8 , 1 day when tried downloading app,the phone redirected me marketplace screen asking me set account....i mean confused @ first account synced phone.

i asked fill in date of birth details , locale....i did told , hit next after showing updating , error popped stating can't set live id.

i have 2 accounts , i've tried using both no luck.......i dont remember how many freakin times ive resetted phone no luck...............

pls me anyone........i unable download anything
