there "insider" version of windows 10 fixes problem of desktop being hidden.

why can't patch update issued problem in order avoid having sit around waiting 4 gb download?

have more detailed explanation of problem? because 3 words explaining issue, shot in dark might have tablet mode on. can turn off opening action centre , pressing tablet mode button.
