lumia 950 (windows 10) gives me "refresh page" when try search or enter website review. how fix this?

better assist phone issue, please answer following questions:

  • which type of internet connection using, wifi or mobile data?
  • have tried clearing cache , cookies of edge browser? clear, launch edge browser> tap menu @ lower right corner> settings> tap choose clear> tick cached data , files, tap clear.
