Internet Explorer prevents me from using EBay.com - Microsoft Community

                                    use ebay.com business purposes. lately, when go post item , use "add photo" option, internet explorer shuts down. started occurring when 2 things happened: 1st.) msn asked me if prefer switch on new format, said "no" initially. however, during use of second(third ?) tab, may have pressed "agree" so, when first use 'net, ie opens original msn website. however, when use new tab, msn.com in it's  new format. 2nd) internet explorer upgraded ie 11.

                                   might totally different. have explored possibility anti virus, kapersky, might shutting down ie. don't know , asking help.

• when did start happening?
• do receive error message when trying open ebay.com?
• have tried other browsers, devices, , internet connection? if yes, able access website?
