lumia 650 ds, 1 sim card name shows , second sim card not show. showing both.

to assist concern, please answer following questions:

  • which os build installed on phone? check, go settings > system > about > more info.
  • have tried inserting sim card on phone?
  • have tried insert sim card phone?
