Problem with incoming messaging - Microsoft Community


good morning

i have problem phone microsoft lumia 640 dual sim.

in last month have problem messages receive.

while there messages can not hear sound alert or cannot see icon @ top of screen have message. i have looked @ settings correct.the phone has been upgraded windows 8 windows  10 @ begin of april.i had no problem until appeared. i've been soft reset, nothing happened. have problem @ sms message , message viber.

i have 2 sim cards different telephony providers , both same problem

can me problem?

there causes why push notification missing on phone when using application. isolate, can tell specific os build on phone (settings>system>about>more info)?
