Problems updating my Lumia 920 from Cyan to Denim. - Microsoft Community

i facing problem of getting denim update lumia 920. since denim update started rolling out several years ago, phone still awaiting update. 

• the windows device recovery tool not help, says version of software older have (it has lumia black update, whereas have newer version - cyan)
• the b2x support service of microsoft not either (recommended me reset phone -> not sign account , use windows device recovery tool - didn't work @ - took me lumia black i.e. downgraded phone instead of upgrading).

so, waiting update on 2 years. have bought lumia 920 dubai , providing information on device down below.

so, remember there page in microsoft's website follow list of countries releasing update. of them still under confirmation , of them under confirmed or that. list gone , seems microsoft has forgotten lumia users. 

when check update section in phone says "your phone date" though still runs on lumia cyan , have no access download lumia denim. please advise on matter. can denim update?

from bottom of this page, check if can update of these apps windows store phone, if 1 time denim software update no longer available.
