What's With the New Navigation? - Microsoft Community

there have been couple of changes made site make harder use.

1 - in answered questions have hit link display responses.

2 - when in discussion, if have gone past first page , hit in browser goes forum list not previous page of discussion.

3 - moving in discussion painful don't see responses in order. confusing browse responses.

4 - when paging through forum when hit next page doesn't scroll next page top. have hit next page scroll top of page. next page, hit next page , scroll top of page start reading. dumb navigation!

are there setting change or alternatively, how complain manage these things?

don't blame us, users. majority of people using and posting on these forums, down forum, fellow users , volunteers. there few employees.

no, responsibility rests squarely designers , creators of forums.  as else, microsoft has stopped listening people "actually" work here.  i not 1 agrees recent changes short-sighted , dumb.

unfortunately, there send note made those inept decisions.  the worst of decisions 1 showing items marked answers. and having click show answers.

you see, item marked correct an answer, , is or supposed be,  marked person asking original question, doesn't mean proper answer every situation. problem can mark question answered.

however, answers not black & white, because particular selection is marked answer, doesn't mean solution, works everyone. other suggestions (possibly not marked) might work given person or group of person's.

the way should work, replies be shown marked answers in order marked shown first (and not repeated rest of answers follow after.
