Where did community-answered question go? - Microsoft Community

i posted question asking problems opening file in office 2016 software installed, , answered. wanted go person answered - , can't find original post, email responded - nothing. i've spent 30+ minutes trying navigate site , exit every time more frustrated when started! created 'onmicrosoft.com' email, can't find that, *think* messages going. can help? , if - may never find response!

to this, click name on top-right corner of community forums page , click my profile.

next, click activity. here, can view posts , threads you've participated in. click applied filters change type of threads wish find. make easier find exact thread you're looking for.

you can click of 3 available categories beside sort arrange posts accordingly.
