i'm having problems removing old bluetooth speaker says "paired".  when want connect new bluetooth devices works of times, not if it's bluetooth speaker though.  i know how add/remove bluetooth devices, when tap old speaker , tap "remove device", nothing happens.  

devices > bluetooth > bluetooth & other devices > bose soundlink > remove device...nothing.  

i've seen other posts problems bluetooth on windows 10, pc.  i've tried disconnecting wifi, cellular, , hard resets , still nothing when tap "remove device".  

any thoughts?  thanks.

hi jeremy,

this concern resolved using windows device recovery tool. it'll install latest version of windows approved phone. suggest use , check if issue persists. this remove including apps, games, texts, call history, music, , photos. please back stuff avoid data loss.
