Email on Lumia 640XL - Microsoft Community


got problem mobile. reset other week , not able send or receive emails. keep getting error message bt account settings out of date. checked bt - aren't. have tried different ways given set email account none work.  still same error message above. bt microsoft , microsoft it's down bt.  going round in circles. have tried microsoft , bt 's chatlines got nowhere. have idea how can email functioning should do?

answer error l did not realise user name had same email address. once l put in working fine. send , receive emails. many ks once again. took me long time find answer on microsoft website. not user friendly. bob
