Glance screen and double tap - Microsoft Community


have microsoft 640xl , thing work fine until double tap doesn't work , glance screen doesn't work .. restarted phone , restored factory setting .. nothing change still doesn't work !!! , in setting in there glance screen option it's close directly when tap .. , update in store end what's problem , have ?? there can pls me.. thanks...

download windows device recovery tool on pc, , use reset phone.
